She served as Mexico Co-chair of the U.S.-Mexico Bar Association (USMBA) during the 2023–2025 term. She is actively involved in the U.S.-Mexico border community, chairing the board of directors of the non-profit foundation FUNAX, which focuses on entrepreneurship and technology development. She holds an LL.M. from University of Texas School of Law (Austin, TX) and a J.D. from Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua.
